Tom Hendrickson /Lookout Ventures, Inc.

Tom Hendrickson is an entrepreneur, attorney and businessman from Raleigh, North Carolina. His business activities include real estate development, commercial real estate investment and management, and thoroughbred horse racing and breeding. Through his company, Lookout Ventures, Inc, he is the master developer of Veridea, a major 1,000+ acre sustainable mixed-use development planned for Apex, NC. He and his family also host the Bennett Bunn Plantation NCHJA Hunter-Jumper Horse Show series on their historic farm in Zebulon. He is also an avid collector of early North Carolina antiques and art.

He is the Founding Chairman of North State Bank (OTC:NCBC) and serves on its Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He serves on the Boards of Directors of the North Carolina Veterinary Medical Foundation, Inc, the N.C. Horse Council and the N.C. Thoroughbred Association. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Hellenic American University in Athens, Greece.

Hudson Realty Capital LLC is a real estate private equity fund manager founded in 2003 by Sanford Herrick, David Loo and Richard Ortiz.  HRC provides both debt and equity financing alternatives across a wide range of asset classes throughout the United States, with a strategy of investment in and asset management of a broad range of high yield real estate-related investments. Since its formation, HRC has closed approximately $2.5 billion worth of debt and equity transactions in more than 150 separate deals.

Hudson originates and purchases debt with a concentration on high-yield and special situation instruments, and invests directly in real estate. Its holdings include concentrations in the metro – New York, Mid-Atlantic and Sunbelt states, with additional commercial holdings in other growth areas including Colorado and Nevada. The company services and manages its investments in-house, and enters all of its equity relationships with partners with geographic and property-type expertise.
